Sake restaurant & bar - section waiter & supervisor

Hunter Street Hospitality, is eagerly seeking motivated & experienced Section Waiters, Supervisor who are passionate about food and wine, give incredible customer service and who want to work in a fast paced, elegant, and awarded restaurant.

We are a team of hospitality professionals and want to meet enthusiastic, likeminded people to join our dining group.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work at Sake restaurant & bar Melbourne.  

1) What we are looking for: - Supervisor 

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Premium Dining a la carte restaurant - or willing to learn 
• Have an articulated knowledge of Sequence of Service
• Have a passion for customer service
• Show high attention to detail
• Be punctual and reliable
• Demonstrate high presentation and grooming standards
• The ability to work as part of an energetic team
• Display an engaging personality
• Be professional, committed, and loyal
• Consistently display a positive "can do" attitude
• Tuesday to Sunday roster across Lunch and Dinner
• Hold a current VIC RSA Certificate

2) What we are looking for: - Section waiters

Supervisor 는 연봉이나 - 시간제 계약 하실 수 있고 프리미엄 레스토랑이라 팁이 매주 세컨잡 이상으로 생각 될 정도 수준이 나오구요. 물론 오버타임 & 주말 로딩 계산됩니다. 기존에 프리미엄 레스토랑에서 일해보셨고, 웨이터로 오래 일하셨다면 매니저 경험 없으셔도 인터뷰 후 포지션 상의 가능합니다. 개인 사업자 밑에서만 일해보셨다면 회사 밑에 소속하여 리포팅 시스템을 배울 수 있는 좋은 경험이 될거라 생각합니다. 저도 예전에 개인 사업자 밑에서만 일했는데, 기업 밑에서 일하며 많은 것을 배웠고 지금도 많은 것을 배우고 있는 중입니다. 

웨이터는 casual 이라 기존 시급 높고 주말, 공휴일, 평일 밤 10시 이후 페널티 시급 받고 있습니다.

웨이터도 팁 주마다 계산되서 현금으로 받아가고 쉬프트 많이 뛸 수록 그만큼 상응하는 팁을 받고

주 38시간 일하는 웨이터는 한 달에 상당한 팁을 현금으로 가져갑니다. 

매주 인센티브 경쟁도 하여 미션을 실행할 시 보너스도 가져가고 레스토랑 저 빼고 FOH는 한국 사람 없어 많은 국적의 친구 사귀실 수 있고 팀 분위기 좋습니다. 애들이 다 넘 착해요. 웨이터는 영어만 잘하고 배울 열정만 있으면 바닥부터 가르쳐 드리고 대신 많은 걸 외우셔야 되기도 합니다. 한 번 외우시면 새로운 메뉴가 추가 될 경우를 제외하고는 자동완성 수준의 고객서비스 잘 하는 법 알려드리구요. 

와인 & 푸드 등등 회사에서 트레이닝 비용을 많이 써서 모든 스텝을 교육합니다.
